What else does OCC print on UCC filings and lien searches?
The same PDF prints that the bank "needs a tickler system to alert the bank to file continuation statements for financing statements (UCC filings), which generally expire after five years," and that "The bank should also conduct periodic lien searches, particularly for higher-risk borrowers. A lien search discloses any other party that has filed a security interest in collateral."
